1. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, city), payment records needed to bill you and prove a payment happened, device registrations tied to your plan, and basic usage and diagnostic data.
2. Student verification
If you apply for student pricing we collect the minimum evidence needed to confirm you are a student. Documents are stored privately, are only viewable by authorised reviewers through short-lived links, and are deleted once the retention period ends.
3. Why we use it
To create and secure your account, activate and renew your subscription, process payments and refunds, detect fraud and abuse, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send marketing messages.
4. Sharing
We share data with the payment and infrastructure providers we need to run the service, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep financial records for as long as the law requires. Other personal data is kept while your account is open and for a limited period afterwards, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your choices
You can update your profile, change your communication preferences, request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account. Some records must be retained for legal and accounting reasons even after deletion.
7. Security
Access to personal data is limited by role, sensitive credentials are held only in secure server-side storage, and administrative actions on accounts and payments are logged.
