Terms of service

These terms apply to all Palm Telly accounts and subscriptions.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who creates a Palm Telly account or subscribes to a plan. By signing up you agree to them. If we change them materially we will tell you before the change takes effect.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Plans and payment

Plan prices, durations, device limits and any promotional rates are shown before you pay and are charged in Nigerian Naira. Payments made online are verified on our servers before access is granted. Manual bank transfer claims are reviewed by our finance team and may be approved, rejected or returned for more information.

4. Activation

We aim to activate access immediately after a payment is confirmed. Where activation fails, your subscription is held for review and retried; it will not be presented to you as fully active while activation is outstanding.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Where auto-renew is enabled you may turn it off at any time before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not shorten a period you have already paid for.

6. Fair use and device limits

Each plan states how many devices you may register and how many may stream at once. Exceeding these limits, or sharing access commercially without a reseller agreement, may result in suspension.

7. Earning programmes

Affiliate, reseller and promoter commissions follow the rules published in the relevant portal, including attribution windows and clawback for refunded, reversed or fraudulent subscriptions. We do not guarantee any level of earnings.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of these terms. Where we do, we will record the reason and tell you.

9. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms should go to our support team through the support page.
