Open the Palm Telly player
The player opens in a secure new tab. Use server name 3443 with the username and password emailed to you during sign up.

1. Launch the player
Tap any “Launch player” button on Palm Telly. The player opens in a secure new tab.
2. Enter the server name
When the player asks for a server or portal, enter 3443.
3. Enter your credentials
Type the username and password that were emailed to you during sign up, then confirm.
4. Start watching
Pick Live TV, Movies or Series. Your last-watched channels appear on the player home screen.
Use your streaming login
That's the username and password emailed to you when you signed up — not your Palm Telly account email.

Trouble signing in?
Check your subscription is active, then reset your streaming credentials from your subscription page.
